This law lets the U.S. Governor of the IMF accept amendments to the Fund's Articles of Agreement. Those amendments came from resolution 45-3, which the Fund's Board approved on June 28, 1990.
The United States Governor of the Fund may agree to and accept the amendments to the Fund's Articles of Agreement proposed in resolution numbered 45–3 of the Fund's Board of Governors. The Board approved that resolution on June 28, 1990. This section does not describe what the amendments contain.
