A section of law that governs the World Bank and the IMF also applies to this Bank. The same rule covers all three institutions.
Section 286b of this title applies to the Bank in exactly the same way it applies to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Monetary Fund.
Section 286b of this title shall apply to the Bank in the same manner in which such section applies to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Monetary Fund.
