After the Sinai Field Mission ends under the Egypt-Israel peace treaty, the President may transfer its United States facilities and related property to Egypt on terms the President chooses.
When the United States Sinai Field Mission’s activities end under the Egypt-Israel peace treaty, the President may transfer to Egypt the facilities and related property the President chooses, on terms and conditions the President determines.
The President is authorized to transfer to Egypt, on such terms and conditions as he may determine, such of the facilities and related property of the United States Sinai Field Mission as he may determine, upon the termination of the activities of the Sinai Field Mission in accordance with the terms of the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel.
