Congress strongly encourages Middle Eastern countries that are not parties to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty to join it.
Consistent with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act of 1978, Congress strongly encourages every Middle Eastern country that is not a party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons to become a party to that Treaty.
In accordance with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act of 1978 [22 U.S.C. 3201 et seq.], the Congress strongly encourages all countries in the Middle East which are not parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons to become parties to that Treaty.
