Consular agents who receive all or part of the fees they collect must report all collected fees as the Government Accountability Office directs. The section states these rules.
Every consular agent whose compensation includes all or part of the fees the agent collects must report, in the manner prescribed by the Government Accountability Office, all fees collected by the agent or by anyone acting for the agent.
All consular agents, as are allowed for their compensation the whole or any part of the fees which they may collect, shall make returns in such manner as the Government Accountability Office shall prescribe, of all such fees as they or any person in their behalf so collect.
