This subchapter defines “Secretary” as the Secretary of the Treasury and “Board” as the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
As used in this subchapter: (1) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Treasury. This section does not otherwise define “Secretary.” (2) “Board” means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. This section does not otherwise define “Board.”
