This section provides that courts have no jurisdiction to review a Presidential determination or agency action under this chapter or an amendment made by it.
No court must have jurisdiction to review any Presidential determination or agency action under this chapter or any amendment made by this chapter.
No court shall have jurisdiction to review any Presidential determination or agency action under this chapter or any amendment made by this chapter.
