The stated objective of the United States is to seek an annual WTO review of China’s compliance with its WTO accession terms. The objective is to include that review in China’s Protocol of Accession.
It is the objective of the United States to obtain, as part of the People’s Republic of China’s Protocol of Accession to the WTO*, an annual review within the WTO of China’s compliance with its WTO accession terms. This section does not define “terms of accession.”
It shall be the objective of the United States to obtain as part of the Protocol of Accession of the People’s Republic of China to the WTO*, an annual review within the WTO of the compliance by the People’s Republic of China with its terms of accession to the WTO.
