Funds withheld from the United States’ share of assessments to the United Nations or another international organization under section 7401 may be transferred to the State Department’s Embassy Security, Construction and Maintenance Account.
Money withheld during a fiscal year from the United States’ share of assessments to the United Nations or another international organization under section 7401 may be transferred to the Department of State’s Embassy Security, Construction and Maintenance Account.
Funds withheld from the United States share of assessments to the United Nations or any other international organization during any fiscal year pursuant to section 7401 of this title are authorized to be transferred to the Embassy Security, Construction and Maintenance Account of the Department of State.
