The Secretary of State must help North Korean citizens apply for refugee protection. This applies to applications made under section 1157 of title 8.
The Secretary of State must work to make it easier for citizens of North Korea* to submit applications under section 1157 of title 8. These are applications from people seeking protection as refugees, using the definition of "refugee" found in section 1101(a)(42) of title 8.
The Secretary of State shall undertake to facilitate the submission of applications under section 1157 of title 8 by citizens of North Korea* seeking protection as refugees (as defined in section 1101(a)(42) of title 8).
