This section exempts information reported to or acquired by the United States Government under this chapter or the Additional Protocol from disclosure under 5 U.S.C. § 552.
Information reported to, or otherwise acquired by, the United States Government under this chapter or under the Additional Protocol must be exempt from disclosure under section 552 of title 5 .
Information reported to, or otherwise acquired by, the United States Government under this chapter or under the Additional Protocol shall be exempt from disclosure under section 552 of title 5.
