The President may write rules to carry out UN Security Council resolutions on Iran. This adds to, and does not replace, the President's other powers to implement UN resolutions.
Besides any other power the President already has to carry out United Nations Security Council resolutions, the President may write regulations needed to carry out any resolution the Security Council agrees to that imposes sanctions on Iran.
In addition to any other authority of the President with respect to implementing resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, the President may prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to implement a resolution that is agreed to by the United Nations Security Council and imposes sanctions with respect to Iran.
