22 U.S.C. § 9564 — Progress reports

The President must annually report to specified congressional committees on United States assistance for European and Eurasian energy projects. The report must identify projects, United States assistance, financing, and progress.
Within 1 year after December 20, 2019, and every year afterward, the President must report to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and House Foreign Affairs Committee on progress in assisting projects under section 9563. The report must include (1) the energy infrastructure projects identified for assistance and (2) for each project— (A) the United States role, including early- and late-stage support; (B) the amount and form of United States debt financing and insurance; (C) the amount and form of early-stage support; and (D) an update on progress as of the report date.
Not later than one year after December 20, 2019, and annually thereafter, the President shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on progress made in providing assistance for projects under section 9563 of this title that includes—
a description of the energy infrastructure projects the United States has identified for such assistance; and
for each such project—
a description of the role of the United States in the project, including in early-stage project support* and late-stage project support*;
the amount and form of any debt financing and insurance provided by the United States Government for the project;
the amount and form of any early-stage project support; and
an update on the progress made on the project as of the date of the report.
