Commission decisions under sections 2710 through 2713 are final agency decisions for appeal to the appropriate Federal district court. The appeals use chapter 7 of title 5.
Decisions the Commission* makes under sections 2710, 2711, 2712, and 2713 of this title are final agency decisions for purposes of appealing to the appropriate Federal district court under chapter 7 of title 5.
Decisions made by the Commission* pursuant to sections 2710, 2711, 2712, and 2713 of this title shall be final agency decisions for purposes of appeal to the appropriate Federal district court pursuant to chapter 7 of title 5.
