If a provision of this chapter or an amendment made by it is held invalid, Congress intends the remaining provisions and amendments to continue in force.
If a court holds any section or provision of this chapter, or any amendment made by this chapter, invalid, Congress intends all remaining sections, provisions, and amendments to remain fully effective.
In the event that any section or provision of this chapter, or amendment made by this chapter, is held invalid, it is the intent of Congress that the remaining sections or provisions of this chapter, and amendments made by this chapter, shall continue in full force and effect.
