No Indian child can be moved from a school in one state or territory to a school in another state against the school's wishes. This also can't happen without the written consent of the child's parents.
No Indian child may be taken from a school in one State or Territory to a school in another State, if the first school objects, or without the written consent of the child's parents.
No Indian child shall be taken from any school in any State or Territory to a school in any other State against its will or without the written consent of its parents.
