25 U.S.C. § 4235 — Annual allocation

This section requires the Secretary to allocate available annual assistance to the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands. The Department must meet the program requirements to receive it.
For each fiscal year, the Secretary* must allocate any amounts made available for assistance under this subchapter for the fiscal year, under the formula established under section 4236 of this title to the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands* if the Department* complies with the requirements under this subchapter for a grant under this subchapter.
