Congress may appropriate whatever amounts are needed for HUD grants under this subchapter for fiscal years 2001 through 2005.
Congress may appropriate to the Department* of Housing and Urban Development, for grants under this subchapter, whatever amounts are necessary for each of fiscal years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Department* of Housing and Urban Development for grants under this subchapter such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.
