This section says the Act does not cover Indian allotments or homesteads on public land outside the geographic boundaries of any current or future Indian reservation.
Nothing contained in this Act must be construed to relate to Indian holdings of allotments or homesteads upon the public domain outside of the geographic boundaries of any Indian reservation now existing or established hereafter.
