Wine and wine spirits must be secured, measured, and identified as regulations require. Wine must leave in approved marked and labeled containers.
(a) Gauging and marking All wine or wine spirits* must be locked, sealed, and gauged, and must be marked, branded, labeled, or otherwise identified, in that manner as the Secretary* may by regulations prescribe. (b) Marking Wines must be removed in that containers (including vessels, vehicles, and pipelines) bearing that marks and labels evidencing compliance with this chapter, as the Secretary may by regulations prescribe.
