Montana is one federal judicial district, except for Yellowstone National Park. Court sessions happen in eleven listed Montana cities.
This section sets up the federal court district* for Montana.
The whole state of Montana forms one single judicial district* — except for Yellowstone National Park, which this section leaves out of that district.
Federal court may be held in eleven Montana locations: Billings, Butte, Glasgow, Great Falls, Havre, Helena, Kalispell, Lewistown, Livingston, Miles City, and Missoula.
Montana, exclusive of Yellowstone National Park, constitutes one judicial district*.
Court shall be held at Billings, Butte, Glasgow, Great Falls, Havre, Helena, Kalispell, Lewistown, Livingston, Miles City, and Missoula.
