This section sets the federal district where a national banking association may bring an action to stop the Comptroller of the Currency.
A national banking association may bring a civil action to enjoin the Comptroller of the Currency under an Act of Congress concerning such associations in the judicial district* where the association is located.
Any civil action by a national banking association to enjoin the Comptroller of the Currency, under the provisions of any Act of Congress relating to such associations, may be prosecuted in the judicial district* where such association is located.
