No one may be excluded from Federal district-court or Court of International Trade jury service because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or economic status.
A citizen may not be excluded from serving on a grand jury or petit jury in a United States district court* or the Court of International Trade because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or economic status.
No citizen shall be excluded from service as a grand or petit juror in the district* courts of the United States or in the Court of International Trade on account of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or economic status.
