This section addresses Further relief. It states the duties, permissions, limits, and procedures described below.
After reasonable notice and a hearing, a court may grant further relief that is necessary or proper because of a declaratory judgment or decree. The relief may be against an adverse party whose rights were determined by that judgment.
Further necessary or proper relief based on a declaratory judgment or decree may be granted, after reasonable notice and hearing, against any adverse party whose rights have been determined by such judgment.
