The Deputy Director performs duties assigned by the Director and acts as Director when the Director is absent, unable to serve, or the office is vacant.
The Deputy Director must perform duties assigned by the Director and act as Director during the Director’s absence or incapacity, or when the Director’s office is vacant.
The Deputy Director shall perform the duties assigned to him by the Director, and shall act as Director during the absence or incapacity of the Director or when the Director’s office is vacant.
