This section sets rules about meetings. It assigns duties, limits, procedures, or payments as described in the provisions below.
(a) Regular meetings of the Board must be held quarterly. Special meetings must be held from time to time upon the call of the Chairman, acting at his own discretion or under the petition of any four members. (b) Each member of the Board must be entitled to one vote. A simple majority of the membership must constitute a quorum for the conduct of business. The Board must act upon the concurrence of a simple majority of the members present and voting.
