A multiemployer plan may adopt different terms and conditions for satisfying an employer’s withdrawal liability. Those rules must be consistent with this chapter and the corporation’s regulations.
A multiemployer plan* may adopt rules providing other terms and conditions for satisfying an employer’s withdrawal liability. The rules must be consistent with this chapter and with regulations issued by the corporation.
A multiemployer plan* may adopt rules providing for other terms and conditions for the satisfaction of an employer’s withdrawal liability if such rules are consistent with this chapter and with such regulations as may be prescribed by the corporation.
