29 U.S.C. § 167 — Short title of subchapter

This is a short-title provision. It doesn't create any rights, duties, or rules by itself. It simply says that this subchapter — this part of Title 29 of the U.S. Code — has an official short name: the "National Labor Relations Act." From now on, anyone can refer to this subchapter using that name instead of listing out its section numbers. Nothing else in the text specifies what the subchapter covers; this section's only function is to name it.
