A State that wants funds under this subchapter for a fiscal year must submit a unified State plan or a combined State plan. The plan must be submitted and approved under the cited provisions.
The State must submit and obtain approval of a unified State plan under section 3112 of this title, or a combined State plan under section 3113 of this title, to receive funds under this subchapter for a fiscal year.
Each State desiring to receive funds under this subchapter for any fiscal year shall submit and have approved a unified State plan in accordance with section 3112 of this title or a combined State plan in accordance with section 3113 of this title.
