The Secretary of Labor may accept and use or dispose of money and property received by gift or other transfer for authorized Department activities, beginning in fiscal year 1995.
During the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995, and every fiscal year afterward, the Secretary of Labor may accept in the Department’s name, and use or dispose of for authorized Department activities, money or real, personal, mixed, tangible, or intangible property received by gift, devise, bequest, or otherwise.
The Secretary of Labor is authorized to accept, in the name of the Department of Labor, and employ or dispose of in furtherance of authorized activities of the Department of Labor, during the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995, and each fiscal year thereafter, any money or property, real, personal, or mixed, tangible or intangible, received by gift, devise, bequest, or otherwise.
