This section defines “covered school” for this subchapter. It includes elementary and secondary schools, as defined in section 7801 of title 20, and institutions of higher education.
In this subchapter, “covered school” means an elementary school or secondary school, as those terms are defined in section 7801 of title 20, or an institution of higher education*. This section does not define “elementary school,” “secondary school,” or “institution of higher education.”
