30 U.S.C. § 236b — Existing leases within naval petroleum reserves not affected

This short law makes clear that the surrounding act does not change any existing lease inside the naval petroleum reserves. It also protects any agreements tied to operations under those leases.
This section says that nothing in the act it belongs to changes existing leases located within the naval petroleum reserves, or any agreements about operations connected to those leases.
Nothing in this act shall be construed as affecting existing leases within the borders of the naval petroleum reserves, or agreements concerning operations thereunder or in relation thereto.
