The Secretary of the Interior may extend any prospecting permit issued under this subchapter. The extension can be for up to two years if the permit holder shows a satisfactory reason.
Any prospecting permit issued under this subchapter may be extended by the Secretary of the Interior, for up to two years, if the permit holder shows a satisfactory reason for the extension.
Any prospecting permit issued under this subchapter may be extended by the Secretary of the Interior for a period not exceeding two years, upon a showing of satisfactory cause.
