31 U.S.C. § 5329 — Staff commentaries

This section requires the Secretary to publish all written rulings that interpret the subchapter. It also requires the Secretary to issue a staff commentary on the subchapter’s regulations each year.
The Secretary must— (1) publish all written rulings interpreting this subchapter; and (2) issue a staff commentary on the regulations issued under this subchapter each year.
The Secretary shall—
publish all written rulings interpreting this subchapter; and
annually issue a staff commentary on the regulations issued under this subchapter.
