The Secretary of Commerce, through the National Sea Grant Office, must create the Young Fishermen’s Development Grant Program. The Program provides training, education, outreach, and technical assistance for young fishermen.
The Secretary of Commerce, acting through the National Sea Grant Office, must establish a program that provides training, education, outreach, and technical-assistance efforts for young fishermen. Its name is the “Young Fishermen’s Development Grant Program,” called the “Program” in this section.
The Secretary of Commerce, acting through the National Sea Grant Office, shall establish a program to provide training, education, outreach, and technical assistance initiatives for young fishermen, to be known as the ‘Young Fishermen’s Development Grant Program’ (referred to in this section 1 as the ‘Program’).
