For up to five years beginning December 18, 2020, the Under Secretary may provide personnel, facilities, and administrative services to the Foundation. The Foundation must reimburse those services, and the Under Secretary must deposit the reimbursement in the Treasury as specified.
(a) The Under Secretary* may provide the Foundation with personnel, facilities, and other administrative services, including reimbursement of expenses up to current Federal per-diem rates, for up to five years beginning December 18, 2020. (b) The Under Secretary must require the Foundation to reimburse each service provided. The Under Secretary must deposit the reimbursement in the Treasury to the credit of the then-current appropriations chargeable with the cost of providing the services.
The Under Secretary* may provide personnel, facilities, and other administrative services to the Foundation, including reimbursement of expenses, not to exceed the current Federal Government per diem rates, for a period of up to 5 years beginning on December 18, 2020.
The Under Secretary shall require reimbursement from the Foundation for any administrative service provided under subsection (a). The Under Secretary shall deposit any reimbursement received under this subsection into the Treasury to the credit of the appropriations then current and chargeable for the cost of providing such services.
