The United States is not responsible for the Foundation’s debts, defaults, acts, or omissions. The United States’ full faith and credit does not guarantee a Foundation obligation.
The United States is not liable for any debt, default, act, or omission of the Foundation. The full faith and credit of the United States does not extend to any Foundation obligation.
The United States shall not be liable for any debts, defaults, acts, or omissions of the Foundation nor shall the full faith and credit of the United States extend to any obligation of the Foundation.
