This section requires the Secretary to examine innovative treatment technologies, including membrane technologies. The technologies concern water-quality projects for watershed and environmental restoration and protection.
The Secretary must examine using, and, if appropriate, encourage the use of, innovative treatment technologies, including membrane technologies, for watershed and environmental restoration and protection projects involving water quality.
