When preparing assessments, reports, and plans under the Harmful Algal Bloom and Hypoxia Research and Control Act of 1998, the Task Force must consult with listed governments, industries, institutions, and organizations.
In developing the assessments, reports, and plans under the Harmful Algal Bloom* and Hypoxia* Research and Control Act of 1998, the Task Force* must consult coastal States, Indian tribes, local governments, appropriate industries including fisheries, agriculture, and fertilizer, academic institutions, and nongovernmental organizations with expertise in coastal-zone science and management.
In developing the assessments, reports, and plans under the Harmful Algal Bloom* and Hypoxia* Research and Control Act of 1998, the Task Force* shall consult with the coastal States, Indian tribes, local governments, appropriate industries (including fisheries, agriculture, and fertilizer), academic institutions, and nongovernmental organizations with expertise in coastal zone science and management.
