33 U.S.C. § 4104 — Acquisition of unmanned maritime systems

(a) The Administrator^* must coordinate and centralize the Administration’s acquisition of unmanned maritime systems^* to meet the prioritized data requirements identified by OAR and OMAO in their regular assessments and approved by the USEOB.
(b) To achieve savings and efficiency, the Administrator may make an agreement with the Secretary of the Navy to— (1) participate in signatories’ procurements; (2) accept the Navy’s decommissioned systems; (3) develop policies and procedures for sharing systems; or (4) use other means to improve efficiency and savings in Federal acquisition of these systems.
(c) Nothing in this chapter changes Federal procurement law.
