This law provides money to remove sunken boats and ships from waterways. It funds the work required under sections 414(a) and 415 of this title. The Secretary of the Army decides when to spend the money.
This section provides funding for removing sunken water craft. Whatever amount of money is necessary to carry out sections 414(a) and 415 of this title is appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not already committed elsewhere.
That money is paid out only when the Secretary of the Army requests it.
Such sum of money as may be necessary to execute sections 414(a) and 415 of this title is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid out on the requisition of the Secretary of the Army.
