33 U.S.C. § 416 — Appropriations for removal of sunken water craft

This law provides money to remove sunken boats and ships from waterways. It funds the work required under sections 414(a) and 415 of this title. The Secretary of the Army decides when to spend the money.
Such sum of money as may be necessary to execute sections 414(a) and 415 of this title is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid out on the requisition of the Secretary of the Army.
