33 U.S.C. § 59b — Bayous Terrebonne and LeCarpe, Louisiana

This section declares two waterways in Houma, Louisiana, nonnavigable under federal law. Bayou Terrebonne, the part west of Barrow Street, and Bayou LeCarpe, the part west of the Intracoastal Waterway, both in the city of Houma, State of Louisiana, are declared not navigable waters of the United States within the meaning of the Constitution and laws of the United States. Congress expressly keeps the right to alter, amend, or repeal this section later.
