Beginning May 17, 1950, money for a specifically authorized river, harbor, or flood-control project must be combined with and recorded under the regular annual appropriation for that item.
Beginning May 17, 1950, money appropriated for a specifically identified project that was previously authorized for a river, harbor, or flood-control work must be merged with and accounted for under the regular annual appropriation title that applies to that item.
Funds on and after May 17, 1950, appropriated for a specific and heretofore authorized project for a river, harbor, or flood-control works shall be merged with and be accounted for under the regular annual appropriation title applicable to such item.
