This section creates an 18-member National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere.
The law establishes an 18-member committee called the “National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere.” In sections 857–13 through 857–18, it calls this body the “Committee.”
There is hereby established a committee of 18 members to be known as the National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere (hereinafter in sections 857–13 to 857–18 of this title referred to as the “Committee”).
