If an investigation finds evidence that a crime may have occurred, the Secretary must refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement, including the proper United States Attorney.
If the Secretary finds during a section 894d–1 investigation evidence that a crime may have been committed, the Secretary must refer the matter to appropriate law-enforcement authorities, including the appropriate United States Attorney.
If the Secretary of Commerce finds, pursuant to an investigation under section 894d–1 of this title, evidence that a crime may have been committed, the Secretary shall refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the appropriate United States Attorney.
