This section creates the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation under the direction and supervision of the Secretary of Transportation.
(a) A corporate body called the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation is created. It is subject to the Secretary of Transportation’s direction and supervision. This section calls it the “Corporation,” but does not define that term further.
There is hereby created, subject to the direction and supervision of the Secretary of Transportation, a body corporate to be known as the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation”).
