This section addresses “Finality of determinations.” It states the rules, duties, permissions, definitions, or procedures that apply to that subject.
In carrying out the functions vested by this chapter in the Bureau of Justice Assistance, the Bureau of Justice Statistics, or the National Institute of Justice, their determinations, findings, and conclusions must be final and conclusive upon all applications.
