This section requires the Directors of the National Institute of Justice and the Bureau of Justice Statistics to work closely with the Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. Their work concerns developing and carrying out juvenile-justice and delinquency-prevention programs.
The Director of the National Institute of Justice and the Director of the Bureau of Justice Statistics must work closely with the Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in developing and implementing programs in the juvenile justice and delinquency prevention field.
The Director of the National Institute of Justice and the Director of the Bureau of Justice Statistics shall work closely with the Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in developing and implementing programs in the juvenile justice and delinquency prevention field.
