This section prohibits falsifying or concealing facts in the circumstances covered by the section.
Whoever knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals, or covers up by trick, scheme, or device, any material fact in any application for assistance submitted under this chapter or in any records required to be maintained under this chapter must be subject to prosecution under the provisions of section 1001 of title 18.
Whoever knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals, or covers up by trick, scheme, or device, any material fact in any application for assistance submitted pursuant to this chapter or in any records required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to prosecution under the provisions of section 1001 of title 18.
