A grant under this subchapter may pay no more than 75 percent of the project’s total cost for the fiscal year.
The Federal share of a grant made under this subchapter cannot exceed 75 percent of the total costs of the project described in the application submitted under section 10362(a) of this title for the fiscal year for which the project receives assistance under this subchapter.
